Culinary Intern Assist the Executive Chef in game day operations. Duties including but not limited to: preparation of staff and player meals; preparation of catering foods including suites, picnics and party deck meals; ensure State of New Jersey and Camden County Health Department Regulations are followed; including product rotation and sanitation; work with Catering Staff in stocking of catered areas, room set up, and buffet presentation. All interns assist in the following general duties: scheduling; product cost analysis; purchasing and sales forecasting; seeking new revenue streams; and other duties as required by management. Culinary, Hospitality, and related majors encouraged to apply Hospitality Intern Work with Catering Manager and Suites supervisor in assuring customer satisfaction. SUMMER INTERNSHIP – The Street Team The summer internship program with the Camden Riversharks is one of the most exceptional and beneficial internships in the sports industry. It provides an opportunity to learn about many facets of the professional sports world through hands on experience. In addition to learning about the business side of the team, Camden Riversharks interns will have the opportunity to gain experience with the events side of the operation as well. By working home games during the season, interns will interact with fans and apply what they have learned to actual game day situations.
